The staff members were all absolutely charming and amazing. The location was very central and walking distance to a church and a palace. On top of that, cafés and bars were within walking distance of the property.

The location itself was perfect, right at a romanesque-gothic cathedral.

The marvellous and awesome location was minutes from Il Campo. Moreover, it's just off main shopping street, the Cathedral and the main square, and Florence airport. The rooms were nice styled and new-fashioned equipped with GREAT views, the balcony view, for instance.

Unique neat room, a balcony and large windows were appreciated. Had great amenities. The location was marvellous and pleasant, at a medium distance from a medieval church. The staff were accommodating and knew their area.

The hotel's location was incredible in the heart of everything. It was also really close to bars, restaurants and shops, the historical centre of Siena, which has strict restrictions on car traffic, and the great Siena's Duomo, which is very close to the Piazza del Campo the center of the city.

Comfortable quiet and top-class units with 2 separate beds, bedroom plus terrace, and the staff were thoughtful. The breakfast was wonderful, the best I had in Siena.

The room was huge with all facilities, the balcony view plus bathroom for a comfortable stay. The employees were very welcoming all the time😃❤👍

I ate at a fabulous restaurant for dinner. Btw it included big windows and great WiFi.

The location was brilliant, in the centre of the city. I walked everywhere in Siena and restaurants and cafés were near the place. There were a balcony and big windows in the rooms, which made them new-fashioned.

The property was in the heart of the city. The staff were super friendly during 5 nights we stayed there.

I recently had a fantastic experience staying at a hotel in the heart of a historical city. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center and within walking distance of all the sights. The room was beautifully appointed, with attention to detail and modern facilities. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing recommendations and even a personal tour of the underground tunnel system. Breakfast was a delight, served right to our room. The view from our window was breathtaking, overlooking a famous landmark.

One small downside was that the air conditioning could have been a bit colder. However, it did improve after some adjustments.

The location was stunning, not too far from a medieval bricked square. The staff was terrific when we had questions. Thoroughly enjoyed our suite.
